Friends of the Earth: Recycling Challenge

Plastic grocery bags, bread bags, salt softener bags, ice bags and other

film packaging are durable and lightweight forms of protection for foods and products during transit. These materials SHOULD NOT be recycled in most locations. Henry County Solid Waste District is collecting these plastics in the office. Once enough is collected Henry County SWMD will be sending off collected material to be turned into a bench for the community! All plastics must be clean, dry and free from food residue.
